Serenity in Point Dume

While visiting a friend in California a couple of years ago, I ended up getting some beautiful scenic shots out at Point Dume, which is in Malibu, California.

As if seeing seals swim past you isn't amazing enough, there is simply no bad shot there. Full 360 degrees of beautiful scenery, especially on a clear, sunny day like we were blessed to have.

You'll see from the slideshow that I was even able to catch a small deer, and some cacti out there. It's quite stunning. You can take a hike along the trail and feel like you're in 3 different places all at once.

I highly recommend taking a trip out there. Dip your toe in the Pacific (that's about as far as you'll want to go), enjoy the breeze, hold your breath as the rock climbers make their way up and just take in the amazing views.
